9.00pm Design for Life BBC2 - Reality series in which product designer Philippe Starck takes on 12 potenial new designers in his school in Paris.
9.00pm Daredevils Channel 4 - Five-part series of documentaries which asks what compels some people to risk their lives and push themselves to the physical and mental limits of human capability. The first focuses on Jeb Corliss as he aims to fly down the Matterhorn in Switzerland in a winged Teflon suit.
9.00pm Hell's Kitchen USA ITV2 - American version of the cookery competition with Gordon Ramsay.
10.00pm Home Time BBC2 - Sitcom about a woman who comes home to Coventry to live with her parents.
10.00pm When Keith Met Keith Channel 4 - Documentary which sees actor Keith Allen meet up with renowned chef Keith Floyd.

9.00pm The Secret Millionaire Channel 4 - New series of the documentary series that sees a millionaire go undercover beginning with a businesswoman in south London.
9.00pm Farmer Wants a Wife Channel 5 - Louise Redknapp helps lonesome farmers find their perfect woman.
9.30pm Dragons' Den Online BBC2 - A look at the successes from the online version of the series.
Thursday

Friday
8:30pm Strictly Come Dancing BBC1 - New series of the reality series. Competitors include Joe Calzaghe, Lynda Bellingham, Martina Hingis, Ricky Groves, Jade Johnson, Ali Bastian, Chris Hollins and Rav Wilding while Alesha Dixon joins the judging panel.
10.00pm Peep Show Channel 4 - Sixth series of the comedy starring David Mitchell and Robert Webb. An increasing air of desperation surrounds Mark and Jeremy as they determine to enjoy their final days of freedom in credit crunch Croydon before Sophie's baby arrives. Mark, newly promoted at work, decides to enjoy his additional power and wealth by splashing out on a boiler, a sofa, and also by finding Jeremy a job in the office.
