7.30pm Britain's Killer Storms Channel 4 - A powerful and moving feature-length drama-documentary telling the story of five major storms that battered the UK throughout 2012. Told by the people who survived them, it combines archive footage with dramatic reconstruction and satellite images, to piece together the life of the storms, how they were formed, what made them unique and the impact they had on our islands.
7.40pm Sports Personality of the Year BBC1 - Gary Lineker, Gabby Logan and Clare Balding present the 2013 BBC Sports Personality of the Year, live from Leeds.
9.30pm Through the Keyhole ITV - Keith Lemon presents a special festive rummage around the homes of three mystery stars. As Keith uncovers clues to their identities, will a panel of famous faces be able to guess whose house it is using their powers of detection and the guidance of the studio audience? With regular panellist Dave Berry.
Monday
8.00pm Tom Kerridge Cooks Christmas BBC2 - Seasonal special. Christmas dinner Tom Kerridge style with everything pushed that little bit further to make it a real celebration feast.
8.00pm Kirstie's Crafty Christmas Channel 4 - Christmas is Kirstie Allsopp's favourite time of the year. In this craft-filled show, she shares her festive fast-track guide to ensuring the big day goes with a bang.
9.00pm A Night of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards ITV - Phillip Schofield and Amanda Holden host the sixth annual military awards which recognises the excellence and sacrifice made by Britain's Armed Forces.
9.00pm Don't Tell the Bride: Christmas on the Slopes BBC3 - In a Christmas special, snowboarding fanatic Darren is hoping he won't get a frosty reception when he takes his bride-to-be Bronte's wedding to the top of the Alps. But with a wedding up a mountain and a bride scared of flying, Darren has booked a coach trip Bronte and her family will never forget.
10.00pm The Week The Women Came More4 - With one in four women in the UK experiencing problems reaching orgasm at some point in their lives, and with up to 10% of women never experiencing an orgasm, this sensitive documentary follows a group of women who have decided to do something about it. Over the course of several months, they work with a leading sex and relationship therapist to address the underlying psychological or physiological reasons for their difficulties.

9.00pm Karl Pilkington: The Moaning of Life Sky1 - Karl's journey concludes with a look at different attitudes to death.
9.00pm The Call Centre BBC3 - At Swansea's third largest call centre, CEO Nev Wilshere and his staff are in festive mood. Tea-lady Hayley is organising the office Christmas party, Nev is putting together a Christmas choir and, with bills to pay and presents to buy, an old face returns to the centre - but will this Grinch ever learn to love the festive fun?
10.00pm Bad Education: Christmas Special BBC3 -  It is time for the Abbey Grove Christmas Play and with Miss Pickwell no longer around Mr Fraser decides Alfie is the obvious replacement to direct this year's production. But with the class undecided about whether to put on the Nutcracker or Robocop, will Alfie's decision to write and direct a plot mash-up of Robocracker and casting school bully Grayson as co-lead prove successful?
10.35pm The Matt Lucas Christmas Awards BBC1 - Matt Lucas hosts a special Christmas-themed episode of his comedy awards ceremony, with nominations provided by guests Alan Davies, Jo Brand and Rhod Gilbert.
Wednesday
8.00pm The Great Train Robbery BBC1 - 2-part  drama based on the true story of the 1963 train robbery, this drama shows how a group of mid-level criminals masterminded by Bruce Reynolds joined forces with a corrupt solicitor to hijack the Bank Holiday mail train from Euston to Glasgow. But their meticulous planning was compromised by a violent attack on the train driver and a botched getaway. Faced with such a huge and audacious crime, worth £44 million in today's money, the establishment hit back - and Reynolds and his men became the most wanted men in Britain. Concludes Tomorrow.
Thursday
8.00pm Alex Polizzi's Christmas Fix BBC2 - Alex Polizzi imparts all her tips on transforming the home into the most stylish, perfectly Christmas space imaginable. As well as drawing on her own knowledge, she meets some of the people who make their living from creating a perfect Christmas year in year out, from Jane Means, who trains staff at many of Britain's top department stores on the art of Christmas wrapping, to Paul Dart, who creates the lighting designs for Christmas lights in many of the country's cities. Alex takes viewers behind the scenes at some of Britain's most iconic institutions as they gear up for Christmas.
9.00pm The 12 Drinks of Christmas BBC2 - Alexander Armstrong and Giles Coren choose the booze that will give them their festive spirit. The two brothers-in-law argue each year over whether their festive feast needs only the finest or if there is no point in splashing out on quality when the quantity is going to be so much. This time they are going to settle the controversy by creating their own selection pack for Christmas, featuring twelve festive drinks they can both agree on.
9.00pm Celebrity Who Wants to a Be a Millionaire? ITV - Chris Tarrant presents a special festive edition of the show with celebrity contestants including Sir Alex Ferguson and Eamonn Holmes.
9.00pm Educating Yorkshire Channel 4 - This Christmas Channel 4 goes back to school with the critically-adored series Educating Yorkshire. Cameras are returning to the corridors of Thornhill Community Academy to catch up with some of the best-loved characters from the series. They're a year older and a whole range of things have changed for the students: trouble-makers have turned around their reputations; love is in the air; and new challenges are faced at school and college. Many of the old Year 11s who couldn't wait to escape are now missing Thornhill more than they would ever have imagined. For Musharaf, who spent his school days crippled by a stammer, the final few months of school and life beyond its walls have brought him a new-found confidence, which continues to grow.
9.00pm Christmas on Benefits BBC3 - BBC Radio 1 DJ Phil Taggart - once unemployed and living on benefits himself - presents an essential guide to Christmas for the young and broke. Phil travels to Bristol to meet group of young jobseekers in the position he used to be in, and sets them the mission of organising a cracker of a Christmas party on a benefits budget.
Friday
8.00pm Text Santa ITV - Ant and Dec, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby and Christine Bleakley and Paddy McGuinness present ITV's annual charity appeal. Each presenting duo will hosts an all-star cast and present their own special segments including the stars of Coronation Street performing a Fairytale of Weatherfield featuring Shane MacGowan. Cast members from Emmerdale will appear in an exclusive sketch with a Text Santa twist as well as a unique edition of Take Me Out with older people looking for their perfect partner for Christmas. Plus, celebrity messages and the cast of Big Reunion performing live their cover of Wizzard's Classic hit I Wish It Could Be Christmas
9.00pm 2013: Moments in Time BBC2 - The story of 2013 told through high-impact images of the year, exploring how photography has changed in the age of smartphones, social media and the selfie. From the helicopter crash in London to the bush fires in Tasmania and the Boston Marathon bombing, this was a year in which the best camera was the one you had in your hand and saw ordinary people taking some of the most striking pictures of 2013. Meeting photographers, news editors and members of the public who were in the right place at the right time, this film reveals how these extraordinary pictures were taken and argues that the image remains as powerful as ever in the modern world.
9.00pm Big Fat Gypsy Weddings: Caravans and Carols Channel 4 - This brand new special celebrates Christmas with members of the Travelling community. Christmas is an important event in the travelling community; a time to put their troubles aside and rejoice
