6.30pm Strictly Come Dancing BBC1 - Following last night's show which saw the first six couples dance for the first time, this show sees the remaining nine celebs take their first tentative steps on the dancefloor. 
9.00pm 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Channel 4 - Jimmy Carr presides over the hybrid gameshow once again as guest captain David Walliams teams up with Jonathan Ross to take on series regular Jon Richardson and his team mate Joe Lycett whilst Isy Suttie joins Susie Dent in Dictionary Corner.

7.00pm The Retreat with Nick Knowles BBC2 - Nick Knowles embarks on a 28-day vegan yoga retreat in Thailand alongside his DIY SOS colleagues Julian Perryman and Billy Byrne as well as six other people. 
10.00pm Morgana Robinson's The Agency BBC2 - Impressionist Morgana Robinson plays Vincent Mann, the head of his own talent agency. Robinson also plays every one of Vincent's famous clients including Danny Dyer, Natalie Cassidy and Gregg Wallace.

Tuesday
9.00pm Ambulance BBC1 - Documentary focusing on the dilemmas that the London Ambulance Service face on a daily basis. The programme sees them have to bump patients down the queue so they can deal with the sickest first and deal with the time-wasters. 
10.00pm Damned Channel 4 - Sitcom written by Jo Brand, Morwenna Banks and The Thick of It's Will Smith set in an underfunded children's services office. Brand also stars as Rose, a sardonic social worker, who has to mix a complicated personal life with a job that throws up a number of nasty surprises. Alan Davies co-stars as her colleague Al whilst the supporting cast includes Himesh Patel, Isy Suttie, Georgie Glen and Kevin Eldon.

Thursday
9.00pm The Fall BBC2 - Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan return for the third series of the serial killer thriller which picks up exactly where the last series ended. We follow the action as staff at a busy Belfast hospital rush to save Dornan's Paul Spectre life whilst Anderson's Gibson worries about where the case will take her next. 
9.00pm The Truth About Meat BBC1 - Greengrocer Chris Bavin sets out to find whether certain claims about meat are justified. With the use of 40 volunteers, he tries to discover whether the eating of meat can be linked to such conditions as heart disease and cancer.

Friday
9.00pm The Level  ITV - Crime drama starring Karla Crome as DS Nancy Devlin, whose exemplary career as police officer masks her secret double life as she also covers up the dodgy dealings of notorious criminal Frank Le Saux; who was a father figure to her when she was younger. Philip Glenister co-stars as Le Saux whilst further cast includes Amanda Burton, Noel Clarke, Robert-James Collier and Lindsey Coulson. 
9.00pm Sir Terry Wogan Remembered: 50 Years at the BBC BBC1 - Scheduled to combine with Wogan's first appearance on BBC radio as well as his memorial service at Westminster Abbey this tribute show looks at the contribution that Wogan made both on screen and on air. The series looks at how he made the Children in Need telethons such as success as well as his hilarious commentary for the Eurovision Song Contest.
