6.30pm Off Their Rockers ITV - New series of the comedy show which features fearless senior citizens playing pranks on the public with the aid of hidden cameras.
7.00pm The Next Great Magician ITV - Stephen Mulhern and Rochelle Humes host a search for the world's next great magician. The first episode features a spooky escape after being buried alive, adorable canine magician Houndini and a jaw-dropping straitjacket get out, while Rylan Clark-Neal reacts to some close-up magic.
8.00pm Planet Earth II BBC1 - Wildlife documentary series presented by David Attenborough. Remote islands offer sanctuary for some of the planet's strangest and rarest creatures. The rare pygmy three-toed sloth enjoys a peaceful existence on an idyllic Caribbean island, while nesting albatross thrive in predator-free isolation. But island life always comes at a cost. On the Galapagos Islands, young marine iguana must escape an onslaught of deadly racer snakes the moment they hatch from the sand. On the sub-Antarctic island of Zavodovski, life gets more extreme still. Every day, one and a half million penguins risk being battered against the rocks by fierce waves as they try to get on and off the island.

9.00pm Ian Lavender's Home Front Heroes More4 - Forty years on from Dad's Army, one of Britain's best-loved actors, Ian Lavender, meets the men and women who were just teenagers when they served on the Home Front during the Second World War. Pike from Dad's Army served in the Home Guard, but this was just a part of the larger Home Front. What was life really like for the millions of young people serving in thousands of different roles that were so vital to victory?
Monday
8.30pm Damilola, Our Loved Boy BBC1 - One-off drama revealing the joy, tragedy and hope behind the iconic story of Damilola Taylor, who died on the streets of London in 2000, aged ten. The programme, told primarily from the point of view of Damilola's father, Richard Taylor OBE, follows Damilola and his family as they travel from Nigeria and begin a new life in Peckham, London. Richard's journey to London, the emotional repercussions of his son's death and the family's quest for justice unfold against a backdrop of national interest and private grief.
9.00pm Rich Hall's Presidential Grudge Match BBC4 - An examination of the sordid machinations involved in becoming president of the United States. Rich Hall looks back at some of the dirtiest and nastiest presidential campaigns of the past, proving that the 2016 race to the White House is not the first time the contest has got personal.
9.00pm Trollied Sky1 - The supermarket sitcom returns and Valco finally announces its new area manager. Meanwhile, new sales rep Duncan (Rufus Hound) ruffles a few feathers.

8.00pm The Secret Life of 4 Year Olds Channel 4 - The series that lifts the lid on the uncensored drama of life in the playground is back. With more cameras, a brand new inner-city school and ever more ambitious and revealing games and tasks, The Secret Life of 4 and 5 Year Olds offers an intimate and fascinating window on the tears, tantrums and triumphs that unfold when children of four and five meet for the first time. Watching the drama unfold, specialists in child development are on hand with expert insight. This first episode observes as a new group of four-year-olds take their first steps towards independence, forge friendships and find their feet away from family. Cheeky Fabian quickly makes himself at home and the scientists see in him the qualities of a typical 'dandelion' child - he appears robust, the kind to thrive in any environment.
10.00pm Extreme Makeovers Channel 4 - From contour kings and queens to bad Barbies, cyber mermaids and tattooed goddesses, extreme image lovers from around the UK showcase their skills in this one-off makeover show. Eight show-stopping personalities begin the process barefaced and stripped of their 'identity', before showing the tricks of their trade with unique tutorials. But can fellow make-up fanatics guess the final look based on personality alone?

8.00pm The Supervet Channel 4 - In the first episode of a new run of shows, the odds are stacked against Professor Noel Fitzpatrick and his team when Murphy, a golden retriever puppy, is brought in with horrific facial injuries after being attacked by another dog. Using a scaffolding of precariously placed wires, Noel attempts to reconstruct Murphy's broken jaw. Also, a man drives all the way from Switzerland in the hope of a successful treatment for a chihuahua. And Heather brings in her Hungarian vizsla, Mack, with a bone and cartilage disorder.

9.00pm Black and British: A Forgotten History BBC2 - Historian David Olusoga explores the enduring relationship between Britain and people whose origins lie in Africa. From the African Romans who guarded Hadrian's Wall in the 3rd century AD, to the black trumpeter of the Tudor Courts, David uncovers a history that is as surprising as it is revealing.
9.00pm Britain's Adoption Scandal: Breaking the Silence ITV - In the 30 years after the Second World War, half-a-million women had a child adopted - most were babies born to unmarried mothers. This documentary special in the Exposure strand reveals the stories of some of the many thousands of women pressured by the church and state into giving up their babies for adoption. Decades later, women are breaking the silence to tell the truth about this injustice.
9.00pm Dark Heart ITV Encore - One-off crime drama starring Tom Riley. During an August heatwave in London, DI Will Wagstaffe and his team investigate what turns out to be a series of horrifying and brutal attacks on accused but unconvicted paedophiles. Haunted by the mysterious death of his own parents, Staffe pushes the boundaries in the search for the killer, but the truth he uncovers is more shocking than he could ever have imagined.
10.00pm Black is the New Black BBC2 - Exceptional figures from politics, business, sport, culture, religion and science share their insights into being black and British today, how they got where they are and their thoughts on what the future holds. The first episode explores both arriving and growing up in Britain. 8.00pm DIY SOS at Great Ormond Street Hospital BBC1 - Nick Knowles and the team join forces with Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and the Royal Horticultural Society's Chelsea Flower Show to transport Chris Beardshaw's gold medal-winning garden across London, crane it over buildings and rebuild on the hospital's roof.
8.00pm Dangerous Earth BBC4 - Series showing how new camera technology is revealing the inner workings of the Earth's most spectacular natural wonders. Dr Helen Czerski examines the extraordinary new images - from eyewitnesses, scientists and film-makers - that are transforming our understanding of how and why these phenomena form. In this episode, she looks at the anatomy of an avalanche. From shocking eyewitness footage from within an avalanche, to detailed CT scans showing the microscopic changes that cause them, we can now capture exactly what happens as snow transforms into a deadly and unpredictable danger.

9.00pm Close to the Enemy BBC2 - New drama from Stephen Poliakoff. It is the end of the Second World War and Lotte and her father Dieter, a recently captured German scientist, arrive in England. Captain Callum Ferguson, an intelligence officer, is assigned the task of courting Dieter into working with the British RAF to develop the jet engine. With the emerging Cold War, it is crucial for British national security that cutting-edge technology is made available to the armed forces as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, Kathy Griffiths from the War Crimes Unit is looking to bring war criminals who escaped prosecution to justice. As Lotte navigates the strange corridors of the bomb-damaged London hotel where they are staying under the British Government's watchful eye, Callum must win over the trust of her father.
9.00pm Cutting Edge: The Secret Life of Prisons Channel 4 - This major new documentary reveals how brutal the reality of life inside British prisons can be - featuring numerous videos shot illegally by prisoners on smuggled-in mobile phones. These videos are being secretly uploaded to the internet from prisons on a daily basis and the footage reveals the apparent prevalence of violence, drugs and anarchy within some institutions. The film is the result of 12 months of painstaking research, which included speaking with scores of former prisoners, some of whom either filmed or appeared in these videos.
10.00pm 60 Days in Jail: The Unusual Suspects Channel 4 - In this US documentary series, Sheriff Jamey Noel of Clark County, Indiana, has devised an unprecedented programme to root out crime and corruption in his jail. His plan is to send seven volunteers, who have committed no crime, into the Clark County Jail as undercover inmates. The sheriff hopes to gain a unique perspective on what's going on within the walls of the facility. The participants have been given cover stories, training on the rules of inmate culture, and instructions on how to stay safe. And they all have unique motivations for wanting to be in the sheriff's programme. Now they just have to convince the inmates and the prison officers that they are the real thing.
11.00pm Dave Gorman: Modern Life is Goodish Dave - The beardy joker restarts his laptop for another series of witty asides. Dave irks an old pal and explains why he isn't 'a geek'.
