Netflix has released the first trailer for the upcoming second series of their megahit The Crown. This second series is the last to star Claire Foy and Matt Smith as it has already been confirmed that Olivia Colman will be taking over the role as Elizabeth for the third and fourth series in 2018 and 2019.
The trailer hints at future storylines including Prince Phillip's infidelity and the media getting under the skin of the Windsors.

The second series will launch on Netflix on Friday 8th December on Netflix.
