7.00pm Posh Pawn Channel 4 - The series that goes behind the scenes in the world of high-end pawnbroking returns with new episodes. Prestige Pawnbrokers boss James gets his petrolhead fix with an E-Type Jaguar worth over £100,000, and puts memorabilia expert Lawrence's car knowledge to the test. Designer handbag expert Claudia is presented with an extravagant impulse buy and Lawrence horses around in Hertfordshire, where he appraises some unusual artwork.
8.00pm Call the Midwife BBC1 - The period drama returns for its seventh series, this episode introduces us to the newest nurse to Nonnatus House; Lucille Anderson. Unfortunately, due to the continuing blizzards, Lucille falls ill as soon is she arrives but is later called from her sick bed to assist with a difficult birth. Elsewhere Nurse Crane and Dr. Turner treat an elderly cancer patient who faces losing her house due to slum clearances.

8.00pm Inside the Ambulance W - The documentary exploring the work of frontline paramedics returns, as emergency workers rush to the aid of a man who is struggling to breathe after injecting himself.

7.30pm The National Television Awards ITV - Dermot O'Leary hosts the annual extravaganza emanating live from the O2 Arena. Such shows as Doctor Foster, Liar, Call the Midwife and Casualty compete for the prizes whilst this ceremony also sees the introduction of the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award.
