8.30pm It'll Be Alright on the Night ITV - David Walliams presents a compilation of TV clangers from the past year's programmes. Featuring live on-air blunders from Stormzy, Robbie Williams, Craig Revel Horwood, Jonathan Ross, and Ant & Dec, as well as a series of outtakes starring Will.iam and Jeremy Clarkson. Plus, two toddlers run rings around Kay Burley, and Vicky Pattison forgets the name of the show she's presenting.

8.30pm Britain's Wildest Weather Channel 4 - Footage of the most extreme weather conditions in the UK over the past year, from the worst floods in a decade and a freak landslide in Fife, to an account of being in a house when it is struck by lightning. The programme also explains the scientific reasons behind the wildfire that destroyed one of the UK's most precious nature reserves, as well as a look back at record-breaking days of both heat and rain.

9.00pm Raised By Wolves Sky Atlantic - Androids are tasked with raising human children on a mysterious planet. Sci-fi drama from executive producer Ridley Scott, starring Amanda Collin and Abubakar Salim.

Sunday

7.00pm Greatest Christmas Toys of All Time Five - A look at the must-have toys that dominated Britain's gift lists for the last half a century. From Furbies to Teletubbies, and Buzz Lightyears to Rubik's Cubes, this is the story of mile-long queues outside toy shops, and the ecstasy on Christmas morning of knowing that Santa brought you exactly what you wanted. Through colourful archive and interviews with the creators (as well as the mega fans who collected them), cameras reveal how toy makers harnessed Christmas magic year after year to make dreams come true.

8.00pm Jamie: Keep Cooking for Christmas Channel 4 -  Jamie Oliver looks at ways to make gifts to share with loved ones, including roasted mulled wine ham that's cooked and glazed in all the flavours of Christmas. Accompanied by cheeses you can flavour and deliver ready to be baked. Jamie and the children also create the ultimate yule log for their grandparents.

9.00pm Small Axe: Alex Wheatle BBC One - Fact-based drama following the life of award-winning writer from a young boy through to his early adult years. Having spent his childhood in a mostly white institutional care home with no love or family, Alex finally finds not only a sense of community for the first time in Brixton, but his identity and an ability to nurture his passion for music and DJing. When he is thrown in prison during the Brixton riots of 1981, he confronts his past and sees a path to healing. Starring Sheyi Cole, with Robbie Gee and Jonathan Jules, and written by Alastair Siddons and Steve McQueen, who also directed.

9.00pm Gary Barlow's Night at the Museum ITV - Gary Barlow hosts an hour of musical fun from the Natural History Museum in London.

9.00pm We Love Dad's Army Five - The story behind one of the best loved British sitcoms ever made, from humble beginnings to smash hit. This show celebrates all of Dad's Army's iconic catchphrases, the hilarious stunts, and goes behind the scenes to discover what happened when the cameras stopped rolling. Former cast member Ian Lavender reflects on the show, and there are also contributions from Jonathan Ross, John Thompson, Al Murray, Eammon Holmes, Kelly Holmes and many others.

9.00pm 8 Out of 10 Cats Christmas Special E4 - Team captains Rob Beckett and Katherine Ryan are joined by comedian Tom Allen, The Great British Bake Off star Liam Charles, TV personality Scarlett Moffatt and comedian Maisie Adam. Jimmy Carr hosts.

Monday

8.00pm Luxury Christmas for Less Channel 4 - Sabrina Grant and Helen Skelton speak to former supermarket insiders and uncover what the stores know about people's tastes and shopping habits - and reveal how consumers can use that knowledge to get a brilliant Christmas at bargain prices. Retail psychologists explain the covert role of party food in getting customers to spend more than they need to, and why they are wasting money on champagne when they could buy just as good fizz for half the price.

8.30pm Coronation Street: 60 Unforgettable Years ITV - Feature-length documentary that looks back at the best moments in Weatherfield history, with chats with cast new and old.

8.50pm The Vicar of Dibley: The Vicar in Lockdown BBC One - The Rev Geraldine Granger delivers online sermons for her parishioners during the pandemic, beginning by explaining the difference between metres and miles when it comes to social distancing. Richard Curtis's comedy returns for three mini-episodes, starring Dawn French.

9.00pm Inside Poundland: Secrets from the Shopfloor Channel 4 - Documentary following the retailer's bid to shed its bargain basement reputation and go upmarket in an effort to attract new customers. Managing director Barry visits the Walsall branch to help with the launch of Project Diamond - a multimillion-pound investment into giving stores a makeover and branching into new product lines like frozen and chilled food.

9.00pm Euphoria Sky Atlantic - The first of two feature-length specials of the provocative coming-of-age drama. As Rue deals with the aftermath of being left by Jules at the train station and relapsing, she prepares to celebrate Christmas. Starring Zendaya and Hunter Schafer.

10.00pm Storyville BBC Four - Red Penguins: Murder, Money and Ice Hockey. Documentary following the story of a joint venture between the Red Army and Pittsburgh Penguins ice hockey teams shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Eccentric marketing whiz Steve Warshaw was sent to Russia and given the task of transforming the joint teams into the greatest show in Moscow at a pivotal moment in US-Russia relations when oligarchs made their fortunes and multiple murders went unsolved.

11.05pm Newquay's Party Paramedics Channel 4 - Documentary following four groups of young people as they head to the Cornish town to find out for themselves whether it lives up to the hype as the UK's party capital. Two best friends from Sheffield arrive to party on their own terms, three beauty queens sample some of the town's delights, and a group of school friends hope to find love, but end up drunk instead. Meanwhile, a party from the Welsh valleys arrive with big intentions, only to find out that friendship matters more than frat-house shenanigans.

Tuesday

9.00pm Accused: Trial in the Outback Five -  Documentary exploring the infamous 1980 trial of Lindy Chamberlain trial, who was falsely accused of murdering her nine-week-old baby during a family camping trip in Central Australia, after the child was attacked by a dingo. Featuring contributions from the Chamberlain family and contributions from their personal archives. Concludes Tomorrow Night.

Wednesday

9.00pm Queens of The Street ITV - Documentary marking 60 years of Coronation Street, the world’s longest-running soap, with a celebration of the women who have ruled the roost in Weatherfield since the very first episode in December 1960.

9.00pm Christmas at the Plaza Channel 4 - A behind-the-scenes look at the Manhattan hotel over the festive period, following staff at their busiest time of the year, and the guests willing to spend up to £30,000 a night. From arranging a taste of Christmas movie magic with themed £3,000 welcome packages to planning the hotel's star attraction of the Grand Christmas Buffet, the programme reveals how much effort goes into ensuring that 400 guests have the happiest holidays.

10.00pm First Dates at Christmas Channel 4 - A festive edition of the dating show in which singletons meet up with possible partners at a restaurant in the hope of finding love, before deciding whether they want to take things further. This time, former bodybuilding champion Kieran goes on a date with 23-year-old student nurse Abi. Meanwhile, 67-year-old Suzy is set up with Fred, a fellow divorcee who is looking for some excitement in his life, and single mother Amy meets 29-year-old Geordie Scott.

10.00pm Meet The Richardsons at Christmas Dave - The families attempt to create the perfect Christmas for daughter Elsie. Jon is against the commercialisation of the season and wants to keep the season as pure, but Lucy just wants a big tree.

10.45pm  MOBO Awards 2020 BBC One - Coverage of this year's ceremony. 

Thursday

8.00pm Nadiya's American Adventure BBC One - Nadiya Hussain presents this two-part documentary in which she explores Louisiana and California to find out how generations of immigrant communities have cultivated and adapted American cuisine. Her Louisiana food adventure starts in New Orleans on the first day of the Mardi Gras, where she bakes some indulgent king cakes bursting with chantilly cream, before joining a lively street party. She also visits an African American neighbourhood devastated by Hurricane Katrina, meeting a man who has spent his life savings to open a grocery store and soul food cafe, and the swamps of Cajun Country, where she learns how the locals live off the land.

8.00pm Snackmasters Channel 4 - Fred Sirieix returns with the show in which leading chefs try to crack the secret techniques and recipes behind some of Britain's best-loved snacks. To begin, they are tasked with replicating a lunchbox legend - a packet of Quavers. However, it quickly becomes clear that these cheesy snacks are easy to take for granted, as Anna Haugh, who learned her trade from the likes of Gordon Ramsay, and technical chef Aktar Islam discover. Which one of them will get closest to the original look and taste of the classic, curly crisps?

9.00pm Mega Hoards and Horror Homes Five - Documentary featuring Britain's most prolific hoarders, from the man whose clutter was so vast he could no longer get through his front door to the woman whose home hid the remains of dead animals. Others include Richard, who has been keeping mountains of newspapers for many years in the name of research, Arthur, who refuses to part with his collection of important personal memories and Mandi, whose impressive collection of vintage clothing has taken over most of her home.

9.00pm Tin Star Sky Atlantic - As the third and final series begins, Jack arrives in Liverpool hoping to reunite with Angela and Anna, and with a clear mission in his mind.

9.00pm Outmatched FOX - Short-lived US comedy. Working-class couple Kay and Mike cope with raising three high-IQ children in south Jersey. Comedy, starring Jason Biggs and Maggie Lawson.

10.00pm Impossible Builds More4 - Charlie Luxton follows single mum Fiona Oliver as she pioneers a brand-new, beehive-inspired kit home on a seriously steep plot in the Tamar Valley, Cornwall.

Friday

8.00pm Jo Brand's How to Stay Sane in a Mad World Channel 4 - The comedian embarks on an alphabetic romp as she reveals the most fun, creative and Covid-friendly ways to remain level-headed during the pandemic. From health to horticulture, QR codes to UV rays, and hibernation to isolation, this A-Z guide is brimming with expert advice to keep viewers fighting fit and mentally strong. Along with a host of famous faces, Jo has tips, quips and tonnes of takeout to make surviving the pandemic as easy as ABC.
