 Saturday

5.15pm Celebrity Supermarket Sweep ITV - Rylan Clark-Neal hosts a celebrity edition of the game show, with contestants Scarlett Moffatt, Jacqueline Jossa, John Barnes, David Seaman, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph racing down the aisles to win a £10,000 jackpot for the charity of their choice.

9.00pm The Vow Sky Documentaries - Documentary about cult leader Keith Raniere. Two former leaders of his NXIVM sect discuss the mission of the group, and the revelations that caused them to question it.

9.10pm Ant & Dec's 30 Greatest Moments Channel Five - A countdown celebrating the double act's 30-year on-screen friendship, with friends and colleagues talking about what it was like to share those moments with Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. Featuring clips from their early days on BBC children's drama Byker Grove, as well as highlights of their Saturday morning show SMTV:Live and their stints presenting Pop Idol, I'm a Celebrity and Britain's Got Talent.

Sunday

8.10pm His Dark Materials BBC One - Second series. Following Lord Asriel's tear through the worlds, Lyra and Pan journey to the strangely deserted city of Cittagazze, where they encounter Will - and reluctantly team up with the daemonless boy. Mrs Coulter interrogates a suspected heretic, while at the witch council, Lee Scoresby reveals he is seeking out an explorer who could offer Lyra protection. The return of the adaptation of Philip Pullman's fantasy adventure novel series, starring Dafne Keen, Amir Wilson and Ruth Wilson.

8.10pm Cornwall with Simon Reeve BBC Two - The first of two programmes in which Simon Reeve travels through Cornwall as the county emerges from lockdown, discovering the impact of Covid-19 on a part of the country highly reliant on tourism. Simon discovers the ongoing impact of the collapse of the tin-mining industry in the 1980s when he visits one of Britain's poorest estates, and meets the entrepreneurs who sell homemade food on the beach who are struggling to make enough money to last the winter.

8.10pm I'm a Celebrity: A Jungle Story ITV - Ant and Dec take a trip down memory lane to re-live some of their favourite moments from 19 series of I'm A Celebrity, while former campmates talk about their time in the jungle. Plus, the tables are finally turned on the hosts as they take on three terrifying Bushtucker Trials.

9.00pm 24 Hours in Police Custody Channel 4 - Part one of two. The documentary focuses on the importation of huge quantities of Class A drugs, following the work of covert detectives from the Eastern Region Special Operation Unit. A consignment weighing more than 100kg has been intercepted while being imported into the UK from Europe. To reveal who is behind this, an undercover operation is authorised to closely monitor the shipment, using audio and visual equipment, as it travels to its final destination at a farm in rural Hertfordshire. Concludes Tomorrow at 9.00pm.

9.00pm Inside Lidl: The BIG Budget Supermarket Channel Five - Documentary examining how the German supermarket chain became one of Britain's biggest retailers. The programme explores the secrets behind Lidl's famously low prices, with cost-cutting efficiency applied at every stage from warehouse to shop floor. 

9.00pm The Disappearance of Maura Murry Sky Crime - In 2004, nursing student Maura Murray mysteriously disappeared the same week Facebook launched. Maggie Freleng investigates what could have happened.

9.10pm The Trials of Oscar Pistorius BBC Two - Documentary series focusing on the South African former Paralympic star, who was convicted for the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentines Day in 2013.

10.00pm Extreme Combat: The Dancer and the Fighter Channel 4 - Documentary following Akram Khan, one of the world's most acclaimed contemporary dancers and choreographers, as he enters a very different arena - of mixed martial arts, or MMA. 

10.00pm MTV EMA'S 2020 Channel Five - One of the biggest global music awards shows of the year that celebrates the hottest artists from around the world, the MTV EMAs bring music fans a multi-platform experience across MTV's global network in 180 countries.

11.00pm Fear By the Lake Channel 4 - French crime drama sequel to Vanished by the Lake. 

Monday

8.00pm Nigella: Eat, Cook, Repeat BBC Two - Nigella Lawson shares the rhythms and rituals of her kitchen and reveals the inspiration behind many of her recipes. 

9.00pm My Family, the Holocaust & Me with Robert Rinder BBC One - Two-part documentary that sees the barrister helps the second and third generations of British Jewish families affected by the Holocaust to retrace their relatives' footsteps and discover the full truth about what happened to them. Robert begins by meeting two British Jewish families who want to investigate what happened to their relatives, as well as exploring his own family's stories on both his mother's and his father's sides.

9.00pm Hospital BBC Two - The return of the documentary following the day-to-day realities the NHS faces, this time focusing on the impact of the pandemic at the Royal Free London, a world leader in the treatment of infectious diseases and one of the biggest NHS trusts in the country. In the first edition, the UK lockdown is over, but hospital staff are counting the cost of having to prioritise Covid-19 above almost everything else as they battle to treat the patients left behind.

9.00pm The Diana Interview: Revenge of a Princess ITV - Two-part documentary examining the impact of the Princess of Wales' Panorama interview with Martin Bashir in 1995. Concludes Tomorrow at 9.00pm.

9.00pm Building Giants More4 - The return of the programme showcasing engineering wonders, beginning with a team building a 35-room, fully functional hotel out of snow and ice in the village of Jukkasjarvi in northern Sweden.

10.45pm Angels of the North BBC One - The return of the documentary following life at Newcastle hair salon Longlox. Sammyjo makes a shock announcement, while there are potential promotions for the juniors and a mishap at Ashleigh's housewarming party.

Tuesday

8.00pm Summer on the Farm: An Extraordinary Year ITV - Alan Titchmarsh, Angellica Bell and Amanda Owen report on the state of Britain's farms during peak harvest,

9.00pm Masterchef: The Professionals BBC One - In the first heat, four professional chefs from around the country face three challenges to earn a place in this week's quarter final. After the initial test of basic kitchen skills, they must prepare tortellini stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles and served with a sauce of their choice in just 25 minutes. For the final round, they must recreate Marcus Wareing's recipe for devilled butterflied mackerel with herb-flavoured mayo and a cucumber and fennel salad.

9.15pm Industry BBC Two - Drama following five graduates who join the world's most preeminent financial institution.

10.20pm Naked Attraction Channel 4 - Seventh series of the dating series.

10.45pm Is This Coercive Control? BBC One - Ellie Flynn brings together 20 people aged 18 to 25 to find if if they recognise the abusive behaviour known as coercive control, which has been a crime since 2015. Over two days, the group watches a specially written drama telling the story of the relationship between Rachel and Alex, and it becomes clear that there is a variety of different perceptions of the events in the story.

Wednesday

8.00pm 12 Puppies and Us BBC Two - Following the stories of puppies and their owners, including border collie Meg, who has her work cut out for her as she trains to be a sheepdog. Elsewhere, cameras follow great dane Shelby, as he joins a young family which already includes Mr Cooper, a three-year-old dachshund.

8.00pm Paul O'Grady's Great British Escapes ITV - In a new six-part series, Paul O'Grady travels across the country to explore holiday destinations in Britain. In a year where many people have chosen to holiday closer to home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Paul embraces the opportunity to rediscover what the country has to offer. In the first episode, Paul's ultimate Kent staycation kicks off with him seeking out why the county is nicknamed the Garden of England, before visiting a birds of prey rescue sanctuary.

8.00pm Sarah Beeney's Life in the Country Channel 4 - Following Sarah Beeny and her family as they relocate from London to Somerset, renovating a semi-derelict former dairy farm into their dream family home. In this first episode, the family start to adapt to their new life, and draw up plans for their ambitious modern stately home. Later, the whole family help out with lambing season.

9.00pm The Millennium Dome Heist with Ross Kemp ITV - Ross Kemp uncovers the untold story of the nine-month-long chase between police and a criminal gang intent on stealing diamonds worth £350 million from the Millennium Dome in London in November 2000.

11.05pm Dance Around the World Channel 4 - Three of Europe's most talented dancers take off on a global quest to find the beating heart and cultural roots of street dance. Throughout the series, the trio step out of their comfort zones, searching for dancing communities who have inspired the art form and discovering the roots of local dance culture. In the first episode, Suzette, Kym and Maren travel to Brazil, where they learn about the fast-paced fusion-dance passinho, before travelling to a rural settlement in the jungle outside Rio, where they are shown the art of capoeira, an ancient dance-fight born from the time of slavery.

Thursday

8.00pm DIY SOS: The Big Build - Children In Need Special BBC One - Nick Knowles and the team descend on Caswell Bay, Swansea, to transform a dilapidated, out-of-use bus shelter into the first, fully adapted surf centre Surfability UK, a charity that provides surfing lessons and experiences for people with disabilities and learning difficulties, and which receives funding from Children in Need. 

8.00pm Saving Britain's Pubs BBC Two - Concerned by a crisis in the industry he loves, Tom Kerridge sets out on a mission to revive struggling pubs. He begins at the White Hart in Chilsworthy, Cornwall, where a 300-year-old freehouse, the only pub in the village, is in danger of closing.

Friday

7.00pm Children in Need 2020 BBC One - A jam-packed evening of socially distanced entertainment, with exclusive sketches, exciting performances, music, dance and a few surprises.

7.00pm The Live Lounge Show BBC Four - Clara Amfo peeks behind the scenes of Radio 1's Live Lounge, the twice-weekly feature attracting an array of some of the biggest and best pop artists on the planet. Here, she features Miley Cyrus, Jorja Smith and Little Mix.
