 Monday

8.00pm How to Save a Grand in 24 Hours Channel 4 - Anna Richardson and a team of cost-cutting experts offer viewers tips on saving money and sorting out their homes, beginning by helping a London family of six with their bills. Chef Gary Usher, DIY expert Eve Humphreys and cleaning wonder Peachy Clean find ways to cut their food bills and excessive shopping sprees and dish out some cleaning tips.

9.00pm Viewpoint ITV - Five-part crime drama, starring Noel Clarke, Alexandra Roach and Bronagh Waugh. Manchester primary school teacher Gemma Hillman goes missing and DCs Martin Young and Stella Beckett are given the task of putting her boyfriend - the prime suspect - under surveillance. Clarke sets up his observation post in the home of single mum and secret voyeur Zoe Sterling, whose windows offer a panoramic view of Westbury Square and the home Gemma shared with Greg Sullivan. All episodes will air across the week at 9.00pm concluding on Friday. 

9.00pm Baby Surgeons: Delivering Miracles Channel 4 - Documentary following patients and staff at one of the UK's leading fetal medicine units. This episode follows three expectant mothers navigating complex pregnancies. Becky's unborn baby has a rare lung tumour that is growing rapidly, Ann-Marie is carrying identical twins, one of which has selective growth restriction jeopardising both baby's chances of surviving, and Randika's dwarfism makes giving birth a difficult proposition.

9.30pm A Black Lady Sketch Show Sky Comedy - Thought the pandemic would stop them? Robin Thede, Gabrielle Dennis and Ashley Nicole Black return with the second season of the hit, Emmy-nominated sketch show.

10.45pm Starstruck BBC One - First episode of a new sitcom, co-written by and starring Rose Matafeo. A drunken New Year's eve hook-up becomes far more complicated for Jessie when she discovers her one night stand is actually a film star. What she thought would become an amusing anecdote soon turns into something else.

Tuesday

7.00pm Dream Kitchens and Bathrooms with Mark Millar Channel 5 - The DIY expert helps homeowners transform the most important rooms in the house. He begins by creating a modern luxury dream kitchen for £50,000 in Glasgow, and a rainforest-themed bathroom for £5,000 in Sutton Coldfield.

9.00pm The Killer Within Sky Crime - First part of the documentary looking at Kim Edwards and Lucas Markham, who became Britain's youngest double murderers in 2016 when they killed Kim's mother and sister in their beds - then sat downstairs watching movies.

Wednesday

9.00pm Building the Dream More4 - Charlie Luxton helps more people as they build affordable dream homes. He begins in Hertfordshire with retired firefighter Bob and his wife Wendy, who spent years looking for the perfect building plot - until they found it in their back garden. They want somewhere to play music, paint and write, but they soon find themselves facing an ever-expanding budget to finish the house.

10.00pm Grand Designs Australia More4 - Peter Maddison follows more individuals Down Under as they design and construct a new home. He begins with Rob and Sally, who have bought the land for their new house in Mystery Bay, New South Wales, but soon face endless challenges - the building must withstand the elements, celebrate the amazing views and blend effortlessly into the surroundings.

Thursday

9.00pm Saved by a Stranger BBC Two - The stories of ordinary people caught up in the biggest events in living memory, and the person who changed their lives. It begins with Karl, a trainee clinical psychologist who was a passenger on the first carriage of the Piccadilly Line London Underground train - one of the four targets of the 7/7 bombings. After the bomb exploded, Karl was comforted by a woman who held his hand in the smoke-filled carriage as he feared for his life. Cameras also follow Emina, an NHS researcher living in Nottingham. She and her younger sister Edina, who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome as a baby, were born in Sarajevo. Edina is searching for the doctor who helped her family evacuate to safety, and gave Edina the chance of a better life. Anita Rani presents.

9.00pm The Goldbergs E4 - Eighth season of the US comedy set in the '80s. When Beverly announces a family vacation to Miami, Erica suspects she is up to something, and Murray grapples with his fear of flying.

Friday

7.30pm Royal Wedding: A Day to Remember BBC One - A look back at the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, to mark their 10th anniversary. The event was staged at Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011 and then-Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams conducted the marriage. Around 1,900 people attended the ceremony, which was followed by a luncheon reception at Buckingham Palace.

9.00pm Intergalactic Sky One - Sci-fi drama, starring Savannah Steyn and Natasha O'Keeffe. When law-abiding space cop Ash Harper is convicted of a crime she did not commit, she is sentenced to exile and loaded onto prison spaceship the Hemlock. Her mother Rebecca, who is head of galactic security, is determined to prove her daughter's innocence and bring her safely home, but any hopes of a reunion are dashed when Ash's fellow convicts overthrow the guards and hijack the Hemlock. 

9.30pm This Time With Alan Partridge BBC One - Now the main man on BBC magazine show This Time, Alan is relishing his career Indian summer. However, conscious of being left in the shadow of co-presenter Jennie and alert to potential changes behind the scenes, he grows ever more anxious about his place in the big time. Return of the media-based comedy, starring Steve Coogan, with Susannah Fielding, Felicity Montagu and Tim Key.

Five weeks ago my boyfriend broke up with me. It all started when i went to summer camp i was trying to contact him but it was not going through. So when I came back from camp I saw him with a young lady kissing in his bed room, I was frustrated and it gave me a sleepless night.
