8.00pm Wetherspoons: How Do They Do It?! Channel 5 - A behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of one of the UK's most popular pub chains, shining a light on the secrets of the brand's success. The programme explores how Wetherspoons has gained ground on its rivals by being cheaper, quicker or more responsive to customer demands, and reveals some of the tactics used to keep their customers coming back, from cheap deals on food and drink to opening their doors morning, noon and night.

9.00pm Gold Rush BBC One - Documentary exploring how Britain turned its sporting reputation around over 16 years to triumph at the 2012 Olympics. The first episode begins with the UK's poor performance in the 1996 games at Atlanta, and how the Government diverted National Lottery funding to provide the best possible training for the nation's athletes. Featuring contributions from Linford Christie and Kelly Holmes.

9.00pm Long Lost Family ITV - Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell return to tell incredible stories of people desperate to find missing family and answer questions that have haunted entire lives.

9.30pm Heist: The Northern Bank Robbery BBC Two - Darragh MacIntyre and Sam McBride shed new light on the Northern Bank Robbery. Two families were held hostage for 24 hours, while two bank employees were forced to rob £26.5million. Despite an international police investigation and heavily rumoured IRA involvement, the case remains unsolved after 16 years. Darragh and Sam examine internal bank CCTV, police 999 calls, archive footage and court transcripts for fresh clues, and consider the impact of the crime on the peace process.

10.00pm Kathy Burke: Money Talks Channel 4 -  Documentary exploring people's relationship with money, in which the actor, writer and director travels the country to meet people at both extremes of the wealth spectrum. In the first episode, she reunited with former comedy partners Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse to discuss creating characters defined by wealth and status, and meets a wealthy businessman who grew up in poverty as a Romany gypsy,

10.05pm Celebrity Karaoke Club ITV - The remaining famous faces continue to battle it out on stage, and the arrival of comedian Joel Dommett and Love Island star Samira Mighty causes a stir.

10.35pm High: Confessions of an Ibiza Drug Mule BBC One - The case of Michaella McCollum, a teenager from Northern Ireland who formed a relationship with a drug trafficker during her first trip abroad in Ibiza. He persuaded her to assist him in smuggling drugs for his cartel contacts, and just a few weeks later, she was arrested at Lima airport in Peru with more than a million pounds worth of cocaine in her suitcase.


9.00pm Agatha Christie's England Channel 5 - Documentary retracing the English writer Agatha Christie's footsteps across England, exploring some of the real places that inspired her fictional works. With access to both her family and those who knew her best, the programme looks back at how Agatha drew on her surroundings, and how the people and places she encountered found themselves immortalised in her extraordinary canon of work.

9.00pm Hampton Court Palace Flower Show BBC Two - Joe Swift, Rachel de Thame, Adam Frost and Arit Anderson head up the coverage as the world's largest annual flower show reopens for 2021. 


8.00pm Farrow & Ball: Inside the Posh Paint Factory Channel 5 - Documentary uncovering the secrets behind the success of paint company Farrow & Ball, after the firm was recently sold for £500million. With full access to its paint factory in Dorset, the programme reveals how the paints are manufactured using traditional methods and materials.

9.00pm Diana's Decades ITV - Documentary taking a fresh approach to the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, recounting how she was shaped by the changing world around her and, as a result, transformed both the monarchy and aspects of society. The series tracks down people who met her or whose lives intersected hers in some way, and includes rarely seen archive footage from Diana's life, alongside iconic scenes from the changing social, fashion and economic cultures she lived through during the 1980s and 1990s.

9.00pm Rob & Romesh Vs Sky One - It's Olympic year, so Rob and Romesh try their hand at weightlifting, hockey and slalom canoe to see if they too could be part of Team GB.

10.00pm Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Channel 4 - The celebrated TV chef journeys to some of the most incredible and remote locations on Earth in search of culinary inspiration, epic adventures, and cultural experiences he will never forget. In the inaugural episode, he travels by motorcycle to the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru to learn the secrets of high-altitude cooking. As part of his quest, he fishes in high-altitude lakes, and samples fried worms, rare multi-coloured potatoes, and guinea pig.


8.00pm Wonderful Wales with Michael Ball Channel 5 - The singer and broadcaster explores his own heritage while discovering more about Wales's rich history. He begins in south Wales. His mother grew up in the Cynon Valley, and his grandfather and great-grandfather were both coal-miners. Michael visits the area that supplied coal to power the Titanic, and on the Gower Peninsula, he learns about cockle harvesting with three generations from Selwyn's Seafoods.
