7.10pm Lego Masters Australia E4 - Down Under version of the contest in which teams of two build structures out of Lego, which are judged on aesthetics, the story they tell and technical ability. In the first challenge, they are given an empty city block and 15 hours to create a section of the metropolis.

9.00pm Hot Tub Brits: More Bubbles Please Channel 5 - A look at the rising popularity of hot tubs in Britain, hearing from enthusiasts as well as the people getting rich from the boom in sales. The programme meets celebrity chef Aldo Zilli as he installs a top-of-the-range tub in the grounds of his Surrey mansion, while first-time buyers Claire and Stephen from Co Durham test the latest models at their local showroom.

10.00pm Blind Ambition BBC Two - TV director Jamie O'Leary has increasingly bad eyesight and is now facing surgery that could potentially lead to sight loss. In this programme, he joins blind comedian Jamie MacDonald to explore how creative people cope with losing their sight and how blind artists achieve creative visions of a world they experience from a unique perspective.

8.00pm The Truth About Your Gut Channel 4 - Sabrina Grant examines why the gut is so important to a person's overall wellbeing and how it affects everything from their moods and energy, to sleep and health.

His journey gives him fresh insights into the people and diversity of the region and its distinctive and captivating landscapes. He also discovers examples where books have had a direct effect on the area's prosperity.

9.00pm The Equalizer Sky Witness - Reboot of the 1980s crime drama, starring Queen Latifah as a single mother and former CIA operative who uses her extensive crime-fighting skills to help those with nowhere else to turn. Robyn McCall springs into action when a teenager becomes embroiled in a dangerous situation.

9.00pm Black Monday Sky Comedy - Third season of the US comedy. It is now 1989, and Mo makes his first big discovery as a jazz producer, while Blair learns politics the hard way.

10.35pm Instatraders BBC One - Dion Hesson investigates the world of foreign exchange - or Forex - trading, meeting passionate and charismatic young educators who make their living selling Forex products.

11.05pm The Boy Who Can't Stop Dancing Channel 4 - Cameras follow Tom Oakley as he auditions for a coveted spot at world-leading dance school Rambert, while also trying to manage his cystic fibrosis.


9.00pm Emergency Helicopter Medics: Farm Emergencies More4 - Medics race to patients injured on Britain's farms. Cumbrian farmer Dennis is pierced in the chest by a metal spike, and fell-runner Michael has been seriously injured by some cows.


8.00pm My Cornwall with Fern Britton Channel 5 - The presenter embarks on a personal quest to understand what makes the county she loves so uniquely captivating. Fern Britton's love affair with Cornwall began with sand between the toes adventures on childhood holidays in Looe, and it's there she starts her journey.

9.00pm Undercover Big Boss ITV - Some of the nation's biggest business leaders go undercover at their own companies. First up is Alfie Best, owner of Wyldecrest Parks, the largest caravan and park home operator in Europe. While other businesses have struggled through the pandemic, it's been a boon for Alfie, with staycations at an all-time high. He starts his undercover journey with Richard, one of his sales team. But he's soon tearing his hair out over missed sales opportunities.

9.00pm I Am... Victoria Channel 4 - Female-led drama anthology series exploring the experiences of three women in moments that are emotionally raw, thought-provoking and personal. The first episode focuses on a woman who seems to have a perfect family, job and home. However, something is wrong and the pressure she is under is becoming unbearable. Dominic Savage's powerful drama charts how Victoria struggles with her mental health and observes the effect that has on her life and immediate family. With Suranne Jones and Ashley Walters.

10.00pm Buffering ITV2 - After recently breaking up with Olivia, Iain launches himself into the dating scene, while Greg naively enlists Thalia to help him to sext his girlfriend Ashley, and Rosie plays scrabble with her dead boss. Comedy about a kids' TV presenter and his friends navigating the daily challenges of millennial living, starring Iain Stirling, Jessie Cave, Elena Saurel, Sean Sagar and Janine Harouni.

11.35pm Being British Bangladeshi BBC One - Top British-Bangladeshi comedian Ali Official is proud of his heritage and what he calls the "blood, sweat and tears" of his forefathers and is keen to show the full breadth of the British-Bangladeshi contribution to the UK. In this film, Ali goes on a journey with fellow comedians Mistah Islah, Smash Bengali and Iksy to find out what it means to be British-Bangladeshi in the UK. Ali also meets Nadiya Hussain, Mumzy Stranger and Rushanara Ali MP, and hears how they got to the top of their games - their successes, failures and the obstacles they faced.


8.00pm Epic Wales: Valleys, Mountains & Coasts Channel 4 - Wales's three national parks are not just a playground for tourists and adventurers, but are also home to more than 80,000 people. This first episode focuses such individuals as upland sheep and cattle farmer Rhodri Jones, who has lived near Bala on the southern side of Snowdonia National Park for 43 years. With lambing looming, an unexpected April snowfall on the mountain makes caring for his pregnant ewes even more challenging. Meanwhile, in the seaside town of Dale, at the western tip of the Pembrokeshire coast, fisherman Mark Gainfort embarks on his first trip of the season.

8.00pm Motorhoming with Merton and Webster Channel 5 - Paul Merton and his wife Suki Webster hit the road as they embrace Britain's booming motorhoming scene, seeking out the UK's most famous sights and hidden gems, while there are tips from enthusiasts and volunteers test camping equipment. The couple begin their journey in Canterbury, where they pick up their cruiser and set off on their first-ever staycation on wheels touring Kent's coastline.

9.00pm Gogglebox: 2021 So Far Channel 4 - A special episode featuring the best moments from 2021's Gogglebox episodes, as some of the nation's sharpest and best-loved TV critics hit the sofa for the best telly on the box.

9.00pm Being Freddie Mercury: Under Pressure Channel 5 - Psychiatrist Dr Bob Johnson and those who knew the Queen frontman best attempt to uncover the disparity between what people think they know about Freddie and who he really was. The show builds a psychological picture of the man who started life as Farrokh Bulsara, but ended it as Freddie Mercury.
