8.00pm Border Force: America's Gatekeepers Dave - More than 100 boxes full of drugs are discovered inside an unlikely vehicle at the World Trade Bridge. In Progreso, a suspected gang member attempts to cross into the United States.

9.00pm Rich House, Poor House Channel 5 - The return of the programme in which families from opposite ends of the wealth and class divide swap homes, budgets and social status for seven days to discover how the other half live. In the first episode, digital marketing company CEO Kelly Filistad, her husband Rob and their two daughters trade places with Natalie and Nikki Ryan and their three children, who live on around £99 a week.

9.00pm The Clown and The Candyman Sky Crime - Documentary about 1970s serial killers John Wayne Gacy and Dean Corll, following investigators as they try to identify their remaining victims.

Monday

9.00pm Children of 9/11: Our Story Channel 4 - Documentary telling the stories of six young people whose fathers were killed in the 9/11 attacks, either before they were born, or before they had a chance to meet, and whose lives have been shaped by an event they didn't witness. The programme features home movie footage shot over the course of their lives and candid accounts of their mothers of the attacks.

9.00pm The Railway Killers Channel 5 - Documentary about a series of murders of women at railway stations in London in the early 1980s, told through dramatic reconstruction and testimony from police officers and victims' friends. The first edition reflects on a city plagued by muggings and sexual assaults, where an under-resourced police force struggled to keep control. Continues Tomorrow, Concludes Wednesday.

9.00pm The White Lotus Sky Atlantic - Drama following the exploits of various guests and employees at the tropical White Lotus resort over the course of a week. In the opening episode, tensions quickly arise between the hotel staff and the volatile vacationers that have recently arrived at the resort. Rachel approaches Nicole for advice, Paula and Olivia lose track of their stash, while a revived Mark attempts to connect with Quinn. Starring Murray Bartlett and Connie Britton.

10.35pm Ladhood BBC One - The return of the comedy which straddles two timelines. Liam is on a date for the first time since his all-too-recent break-up with Jess. With a bit of help from an icebreaker app, everything seems to be going well. But when his date asks Liam about the last time he felt completely happy, he is thrust back into memories of his adolescence. Written by and starring Liam Williams.

Tuesday

9.00pm Annika Alibi - On her first day in the new role, Annika (Nicola Walker) and the team are called in to solve the murder of a man found in the Clyde, a harpoon piercing his head.

10.35pm Models: Street to Catwalk BBC One - Young model Juan fears his career is over after being attacked in the street, while Jordaine gets a life-changing opportunity to model for one of the world's leading brands.

Wednesday

8.00pm Changing Rooms Channel 4 - Channel 4 gets out the MDF and the paint to give the interior design challenge a fresh new look, 25 years after it first aired. Now presented by Anna Richardson, it sees Changing Rooms favourite Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and design duo Jordan Cluroe and Russell Whitehead helping neighbours to transform rooms in each other's houses. They begin in Swansea, where florist Claire wants to do away with her beige living room and postal worker Lisa dreams of having a contemporary bedroom - instead of the cluttered space she has now.

9.00pm Jay's Yorkshire Workshop BBC Two - Members of the public nominate local heroes from across Yorkshire to receive a bespoke, handmade piece of wooden furniture to recognise the work they do for their communities, with Jay Blades gives the task of making the items to one of his three experts in his Bradford workshop. In the first edition, pieces are made for a man who donated half his liver to a stranger, and care-home workers who moved in to keep residents safe when the pandemic hit.

10.35pm Britain's Puppy Boom: Counting the Cost BBC One - Vet Fabian Rivers reveals how the pandemic has triggered a boom in demand for puppies, something he has witnessed first-hand through his work at a small veterinary practice in Birmingham. Fabian explores the huge price tags for some puppies and what draws people to popular breeds, unpacking some of the hereditary health and welfare issues the breeds face

Thursday

8.00pm Joe Lycett's Got Your Back Channel 4 - The comedian returns to investigate consumer rights and fight for justice. In this first edition of a new run, guest AJ Odudu shares her tips for how to be a good complainer and helps Joe as he takes on the massive issue of plastic waste. Plus, comedian Sophie Duker investigates rat-run traffic fines and regular contributor Mark Silcox pits Coke against Pepsi in the ultimate scientific test.

8.00pm Nick Knowles' Big House Clearout Channel 5 - The presenter helps folks across Britain who are being crushed by their clutter, beginning with a family of four in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The house is stripped bare, and Nick's design team creates a total transformation but will mum Vicky and her clan approve?

9.00pm I Am... Maria Channel 4 - Writer-director Dominic Savage's drama about a woman at a crossroads in life. Feigning happiness in her marriage has become suffocating, and Maria's 60th birthday sparks clarity about her suppressed feelings of discontent. She longs for another journey to find liberation and happiness again. With Lesley Manville and Michael Gould.

9.00pm A League of Their Own Sky One - The sports-based comedy quiz returns, with Jamie Redknapp, Freddie Flintoff and Romesh Ranganathan joined by guests from the world of sport, comedy and TV.

9.00pm The Story of Late Night Sky Documentaries - Documentary about the history of late night talk shows, beginning with the early shows presented by Steve Allen, Jack Paar and Johnny Carson.

9.00pm The Crimson Rivers More4 - Second series of the French crime drama.
