First Look: ITV releases trailer for ‘Des’

 ITV have released the first look of new three-part true-crime drama Des starring David Tennant, Jason Watkins and Daniel Mays.

The three-part series will follow the arrest and subsequent trial of serial killer Dennis Nilsen.

The trailer for the show, which will air in September on ITV explains that the story will be told from the perspective of three men: Dennis, Detective Chief Inspector Peter Jay ( Daniel Mays) and biographer Brian Masters (Jason Watkins). The trailer comes as ITV releases new images of Tennant, Mays and Watkins to promote the series.
