We still don’t have a firm date, but the BBC has released the first trailer for the highly anticipated return of BAFTA-Winning Drama Killing Eve.
The series has aired just about everywhere else in the world, but the BBC has held back choosing to let UK viewers watch the show as a boxset on the BBC iPlayer.
The second series sees Phoebe Mary Waller-Bridge step down as Head Writer but she is still acting an executive producer with Call the Midwife actor Emerald Fennell taking over as showrunner.
This second series picks up seconds after Eve stabbed Villanelle in her Paris apartment and sees Eve working for Carolyn in MI6.
At a screening a few weeks ago the BBC said the series would return in June but they didn’t confirm the date it would return.
A third series has also been confirmed by BBCAMERICA which the BBC have also confirmed they have bought the rights to.
