ITV has commissioned a brand new entertainment show that will lift a light hearted lid on celebrities’ lives.

Hosted by Stephen Mulhern, and produced with 12 Yard, Big Star’s Little Star will be filled with surprising celebrity revelations, hilarious anecdotes and heart warming moments.  The show will see Britain’s best loved stars team up with their own children to win as much money as possible for charity.

Big Star’s Little Star will give viewers a peak into the star’s home life. What embarrassing secrets or cringe worthy crushes will come to light to leave their parents red faced?  And will the Little Star reveal a little bit more than they should?

And on Big Star’s Little Star, everyone is a winner as no one goes home empty handed.  The losing pairs will take home money for their chosen charities and a very special ‘Big Star’s Little Star trophy!

Stephen Mulhern said: “Big Star’s Little Star is a really lovely new show where kids talk about their famous mums and dads.  Everyone’s a winner and even the viewers can play along. I can’t wait to hear the funny stories and anecdotes about some of our best loved stars from the people who know them best…their kids!”

Elaine Bedell, ITV’s Director of Comedy and Entertainment said:  “Stephen is a fantastic talent, and a brilliant host for this show, which is a real family entertainment gem.”
