ITV’s comedies struggle in the ratings

by | Jun 4, 2013 | All, TV News

Overnight ratings prove more disappointment for ITV. Their two Monday night comedies, Vicious and The Job Lot only attracted 2.8m and 2m respectively.

After the massive Monday night success of drama series Broadchurch the two comedies have failed to get anywhere near the slot average.

In contrast BBC2 The Fall continued to dominate the overnights.  The penultimate episode of the Gillian Anderson led crime drama  won its 9pm slot last night with an average audience of 3.3m/14.4% share.

All the three series conclude next week.
