The BBC have launched a new way to buy and keep your favourite BBC shows

BBC Store makes it simpler for audiences to buy, watch and keep the BBC programmes they love. It’s the most comprehensive collection of BBC programmes ever with over 6,000 hours of  recent shows like Doctor Foster and Wolf Hall, classic TV favourites such as Blackadder and Absolutely Fabulous and previously unreleased gems from the BBC Television Archive.

Programmes available to buy for the first time ever include the plays Alice, Schmoedipus, A Beast With Two Backs, Traitor, Follow The Yellow Brick Road and Doubledare by acclaimed dramatist Dennis Potter; The Frost Interviews, in which legendary inquisitor David Frost interviews high profile individuals from outspoken football manager Brian Clough to disgraced MP Jeremy Thorpe.

BBC Store is also making some of the best-loved BBC programmes available to own digitally for the first time including Morecambe & Wise and Dad’s Army; timeless family dramas such as The Railway Children starring Jenny Agutter and classic episodes of ground breaking factual series from The Natural World to Horizon.

This is the start of an exciting journey in making  more content available to audiences and creating a new revenue stream for rights holders and to help get audience’s collections started we’re offering everyone 25% off their first purchase.
